Weekend Workshop:
Internal Storytelling

Building confidence through inner exploration and shared creativity.

A creative weekend away designed for people who are ready to take their next steps but feel stuck or held back by lack of confidence, negative thoughts or self sabotage.

This workshop will meet you wherever you are. We will guide you through introspective and artistic processes that will leave you with personalised techniques and a handmade card deck to support you in your everyday life.

The weekend is designed with beautiful outcomes in mind, regardless of whether the last time you used a paintbrush was in primary school, or you’re so highly qualified that you find it hard to create freely!

We host no more than 10 people at a time to ensure everyone receives plenty of support and guidance.

Testimonials

“I had a list as long as my arm of things I needed to achieve, so I was clear with what needed to be done, but at every point I found myself sabotaging and undermining. Hollys’ sessions gave me rock solid techniques and Clare’s produced physical objects to support my process and I’ve used them every day since”

“Working creatively with Clare was always very inspiring. With every project I learned something new whether that be skills, about the materials we were working with or about myself. I always felt very trusted and free with implementing my own ideas while also receiving support whenever needed. I left each time with new motivation to come up with my own projects.”

"The Internal Storytelling workshop was really fun. There was a really good vibe and everyone was happy working on the task, but in their own way. I liked that the instructions on what to do where given in a way that we didn’t feel like we were being told that we had to do anything or that there was any pressure. There was lots of freedom, and we could’ve chosen to do it any way we wanted. There was a big choice of all the different things and materials; all the stuff we could’ve possibly needed or wanted to use, and lots of guidance and help if we weren’t sure about anything. I ended up being very pleased with what I did. I don’t consider myself very good at drawing, or at anything to do with art in any way, but what I ended up with was really good!"
